I collaborated with leading Brisbane real estate agency Ray White New Farm, to design a magazine for #1 Leopard Street, Kangaroo Point. The 24-page magazine showcased the sprawling home and the property sold for $18.8 million in 2016, the highest recorded price in Queensland at the time.

The magazine was printed on thick linen paper for a luxurious tactile finish.
