Kim Lundgren Associates

I work with Kim Lundgren Associates (KLA) on an ongoing basis, providing design support with a strong focus on complex RFPs and client proposals. This long-term collaboration spans several years and requires a high level of consistency, flexibility, and attention to detail.

My role includes regularly updating and evolving KLA’s proposal design and overall visual style through multiple refinements over time. Each proposal is customised to reflect the specific client, project requirements, and, in some cases, partner organisations. This often involves adapting layouts for different project teams, updating organisational charts, and refreshing staff profiles and CVs while maintaining a cohesive and professional presentation.

The challenge is balancing efficiency with customisation. I design and maintain a flexible proposal system that allows content to be tailored quickly without compromising clarity or quality. By focusing on strong structure, hierarchy, and modular layouts, the proposals remain consistent, current, and competitive across a wide range of opportunities.
