Project Description
Ray White New Farm
I collaborated with Ray White New Farm on a series of bespoke editorial projects for high-end private residences, designing a consistent magazine-led presentation system tailored to luxury property marketing. While each home was unique, the work focused on creating a refined, repeatable editorial structure that balanced storytelling, architecture, and sales narrative across print and digital.
Each project centred around a 24-page print magazine designed to present the home through long-form features on the owners, architects, and agent team. All publications were printed on thick linen stock to create a tactile, premium finish aligned with the positioning of the properties.
Balaam
I designed a 24-page magazine alongside a dedicated website to showcase this award-winning home through editorial storytelling and imagery. The property sold in 2015 for $11.8 million.
9 Ivy Street, Indooroopilly
I designed a 24-page magazine profiling the home, its owners, the architectural team, and the agents. The property sold in 2019 for $5.6 million.
1 Leopard Street, Kangaroo Point
I designed a 24-page magazine presenting the home within the same editorial system. The property sold in 2016 for $18.8 million, the highest recorded price in Queensland at the time.
Across all three projects, the emphasis was on building an editorial framework that could scale across properties while maintaining consistency, clarity, and a sense of luxury.
